Frank A. Fitzgerald House

In 1906, Frank A. Fitzgerald acquired this house from Clara Sexton, who was selling off Mary H. Crosby's estate piecemeal. The house was already in existence in 1912, when a plan was drawn up in Court Case #3956. This house differs significantly from the 1875 and 1889 maps, which show a single house in the center of the lot. It's possible the Sextons had the house built and split the lot. In any event, the house was torn down in the late 1960s to make room for the Billerica Mall.
